Concept demo. Birchwood Home Cleaning is a fictional business created to show what a cleaning company website can look like. Nothing here is a real offer, and the quote form sends nothing.

Come home to a house that is already done.

Recurring and one-time cleaning for homes around Grand Rapids. The same short list every visit, so you always know what you are paying for.

Quotes are based on bedrooms, bathrooms and how often you want us. No walkthrough needed for most homes.

Every standard visit

about 2 to 3 hours
  • Kitchen counters, sink and stovetop
  • Bathrooms: toilet, tub, shower, mirror
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped
  • Dusting of reachable surfaces
  • Beds made, trash emptied
  • Inside oven or fridge (add-on)

Three ways to book

Most households pick a recurring visit. One-time cleans are for moves, guests, or a reset after a busy season.

Recurring

Weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. Same checklist, same crew where possible, a reminder the day before.

Deep clean

The standard visit plus baseboards, inside cabinets fronts, door frames, light fixtures and the spots behind things.

Move-in or move-out

An empty-home clean that covers the inside of cabinets, closets and appliances so the next person walks into a fresh start.

How it works

  1. Tell us about the home

Bedrooms, bathrooms, pets, and how often you want a visit. Two minutes on the quote page.

  2. Get a written quote

A flat price per visit and what it covers. No surprises when the invoice arrives.

  3. Pick a day

We hold a regular slot for you. Reschedule up to two business days ahead at no charge.

Questions people ask first

Do I need to be home?

No. Many clients leave a key, a garage code, or a lockbox. You choose the arrangement and can change it any time.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, including vacuum and mop. If you prefer a specific product for a surface, leave it out and tell us in your notes.

What if something is missed?

Tell us within 24 hours and we return to fix it at no charge. That is the whole policy.

Are pets a problem?

Friendly pets are fine. Let us know about them on the quote form so we can plan around doors and gates.
