Standard clean
The recurring visit, built for homes that are lived in and need the same reset every week or two.
Typical visit: two to three hours for a three-bedroom home, one cleaner.
What a visit includes
Every service is a fixed list. If it is on the list it is done every time. If it is not, ask, and it is quoted as an add-on before the visit.
Deep clean
Everything in the standard visit, plus the build-up a regular visit does not reach. Most new recurring clients start with one of these.
Typical visit: four to six hours, usually two cleaners.
Move-in or move-out
For empty homes. It covers the inside of everything, so a landlord inspection or a new owner's first day goes smoothly.
Typical visit: four to eight hours. The home should be empty of furniture and boxes.
Add-ons and what we do not do
Add-ons, quoted separately and added to any visit: inside oven, inside fridge, interior windows, a load of laundry folded, dishes, a basement or garage sweep, and organizing one closet or pantry.
Not offered: exterior windows, carpet shampooing, mold or biohazard cleanup, moving heavy furniture, and anything above a two-step stool. Saying so up front keeps quotes honest.
