One fixed-scope build and one optional care plan. Everything listed here is in the written agreement; nothing is implied.
Prices on this page are a proposed pilot offer for the first three clients. They are not a confirmed quote and may change before any agreement is signed.
Fixed-scope build, $1,250 pilot
- Five pages: Home, Services, About, Service area, Get a quote.
- One layout, built and tested once in the concept demo, adapted to your name, colours and photos.
- Copy for all five pages, written from your intake form and one 45-minute call. You approve every claim before launch.
- A quote form that delivers to your own email through a form service on its free tier.
- Mobile layout, keyboard-accessible navigation, page titles and descriptions, image alt text, sitemap.
- Domain DNS and static hosting set up in accounts you own. We are added as a collaborator and can be removed any time.
- Two consolidated revision rounds.
- A 30-minute handover call and a one-page "how to ask for changes" guide.
- 30 days of bug fixes after launch.
Not included
- Logo or brand design, photography, stock image licences.
- E-commerce, online payment, booking calendars, customer portals. Existing shops stay where they are; the site links to them.
- Blog setup or ongoing writing.
- Google Business Profile work, reviews, ads, social media.
- Search ranking work beyond basic on-page setup. No promise of rankings, leads or revenue.
- Migrating an old site beyond copying text you give us.
- Email hosting or mailbox setup.
- Translations and printed material.
Pilot terms
Pilot clients agree to a 20-minute feedback call after launch and to the site being shown as an example of our work. You can opt out of being named.
Revision rounds
A round is one consolidated list of changes, not a rolling conversation. Round one comes after the first full draft; round two after round one is applied. Anything after approval, or a third round, is quoted at a proposed $60 per hour or folded into the care plan.
Before the clock starts
- Completed intake form.
- Business name, services and service area as they should appear.
- Six usable photos you have the right to use, or agreement to launch without.
- Any licence or insurance statement you want shown, with the document that supports it. Unsupported claims are not published.
- Access to, or creation of, your registrar and hosting accounts.
- Deposit received (proposed: half to start, half at approval, before launch).
Care plan, $79 per month
- Up to 60 minutes of content changes a month: prices, hours, a new photo, a holiday notice. Unused minutes do not roll over.
- A monthly uptime check and a five-minute look at the live site.
- Renewal reminders for domain and hosting, which you still pay directly.
- A backup copy of the site files.
- Replies within two business days.
- Month to month. Either side can stop with 14 days' notice.
Not included: redesigns, new pages, new features, or anything in the build exclusions. Those are quoted separately.
