How a project runs

Roughly two weeks of our time, spread across whatever pace your reviews allow. Every step has one output and one person responsible.

  1. Inquiry and fit check

    A short call to confirm you want a simple five-page site, that you can supply content and photos, and that you are comfortable with a pre-launch studio. If not, we say so.

  2. Agreement and deposit

    A two-page agreement listing exactly what is in the offer page. Half the pilot price to start.

  3. Intake

    You complete a one-page form about services, service area, hours, policies and photos. We then talk for 45 minutes to fill the gaps.

  4. First full draft

    All five pages on a private preview link, with your words and photos, working on a phone. We send one short note on what to look at.

    Within 5 working days of complete intake

  5. Revision round one

    You send one list. We apply it and note anything that is out of scope with a price.

  6. Revision round two and approval

    Same again. You approve in writing. Second half of the payment is due.

  7. Launch

    Domain pointed, site live, form tested with a real message to your inbox, checklist signed off.

  8. Handover

    A 30-minute call and a one-page guide: where your accounts are, how to ask for changes, what the care plan covers.

  9. 30 days of fixes

    Anything broken, we fix. Anything new is a change request, logged and quoted.

What we need from you

  • Answers to the intake form within a week, or tell us when.
  • One person who approves the site.
  • Revision lists in one piece, not over several days.
  • Photos you have the right to use, or a decision to launch without.
  • Documents behind any claim about insurance or licences.

What you get to keep

  • The domain, in your registrar account.
  • The hosting and form accounts, in your name.
  • The site files, delivered as a folder at handover.
  • A written log of every change request and what it cost.

If you walk away after launch, the site keeps working without us.
